Pricing – Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we try to have all pricing input accurately, we will not honor published prices if they are in error.
Glass – The photos of the glass on this web site are as close as possible. Due to camera and monitor displays the color maybe slightly different once you receive them. Glass is not returnable, please see our Return Policy.
Glass is sold only in the sizes denoted in the item description.
Special Orders – We are happy to help you acquire any item through a special order. Special orders may also be placed for regular stock items in greater quantities, larger glass sheets or bulk products. Certain items we carry are also considered special orders, such as larger kilns and grinders, etc.
When you request a special order we will notify you of the expected date of delivery or availability based on the information from the manufacturer. Once you confirm a special order you are committed to the product and payment in full. Special ordered items, kilns and tools cannot be cancelled nor returned. In some cases, a nonrefundable deposit amounting to 50% of the order may be required before we can place a special order. We encourage you to get a deposit from your customer(s) as well.
Shipping Charges
Once your order is packed Glassfusible will be able to calculate the cost of shipping and box charges. We ship UPS ground within the continental US unless otherwise requested. Orders typically ship within 48 business hrs. The shipping charge will be based on whether we are shipping to a business or residential address. Standard UPS charges will apply and any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Our box charges are the cost for all packaging materials and are not a handling fee. These charges apply to items that need to be double boxed to avoid breakage during shipping (such as glass and molds).
To maximize the cost of the box charges, try to fill the box(es) or let us know if we can cut your glass into smaller pieces to fit into a smaller box, hence, lessening the box charge.

Returns Policy
To return an item, you must contact Glassfusible to obtain a return authorization within 10 days of receiving the item. Items can only be returned if incorrect merchandise is received, merchandise is damaged in shipping or receipt of defective merchandise. Glass, books, special orders, used equipment, jewelry and discontinued items cannot be returned.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE – CALL US
If an incorrect item has been received, an exchange will be made without additional shipping cost to the customer.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE -
We at Glassfusible makes every effort to ensure that all merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for subsequent damage. If you receive damaged goods due to shipping, you must receive the package, make note of evidence of damage on your delivery receipt and file a claim with the carrier.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must retain all packaging and file your claim with Carrier. If your shipment is via freight carrier, do not alter the box or contents until the freight carrier has inspected them.
If you refuse any shipment from Glassfusible, you will be liable for the purchase price, subsequent freight charges as well as any additional charges that may incur.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE –
If you receive a defective item, call Glassfusible, as we honor all manufacturers’ warranties. Your representative will tell you whether to return the item to us or to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers require items to be returned directly to them. Upon verification, you will receive a replacement, a repaired product or a credit.
Defective materials will only be honored if backed by a manufacturer’s warranty and sold by Glassfusible. Glassfusible sole obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise as provided herein. There shall be no express or implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purchase. In no event shall Glassfusible be liable for consequential or incidental damages. No replacement after 28 days. No claims for labor or damage will be allowed.
Glass cannot be returned. All photographs of glass listed on this site are as accurate as possible although slight variations are possible due to camera and screen settings. Actually brochures from both Wasser,Window 82,Fuseworks,Fireworks,Thin 90,Wissmach are available and can be shipped to you for a more accurate color. Also, these manufacturers hand-make their products, therefore, there may be color variations between product runs. Some colors may change upon repeated firings or with extensive heatwork. Artists should test sample the glass using the same firing cycles and processes that will be used for the final piece.
If a customer wants to return a new item that has not been used, they will receive STORE CREDIT (excluding glass, books, used equipment, jewelry, special orders and discontinued items). The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped with all packaging for credit to be issued. Note: items in sealed packaging or with seals on the lids cannot be opened or credit will not be issued. Also, customer is responsible for the return freight charge. Items not returned in within 15 days of the return authorization, have missing parts or manuals, or are not in sellable condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
